Start an Email with the "END"

  1. Call for action: "Please can you (do) [action yo ask for]"
  2. Define a due date: "by [date]"
  3. Explain your action after the action happend: "With your agreement, I'll [my actions]"

Continue to Engage the reader in the "START"

  1. engage the reader at the start

Finish by writing easy-to-read content

  1. make short paras
  2. make short sentences
  3. user normal language
  4. consider a verbal communication before sending a complex email
  5. make a clear intro
  6. add headings to structure complex or long content
